You'd also be able to look into our eyes if things were going wrong and know that we were doing our very best to put things right. But, sigh.... you're there and we're here - and we might not even have been introduced yet, so it's only sensible to set down the small print. So please read it carefully before shopping with minx-girl.com - but when all's said and done if stuff is bothering you then we get really upset too, so just email or pick up the phone and we'll scale tall buildings* to sort your problem.

General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, over the telephone or by mail order with minx-girl.com. Please read them carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction via secure server, over the telephone or by mail order. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. If ordering by mail we also accept payment by cheque, which should be made payable to Minx,

Delivery

We usually dispatch goods within 24 hours, (with Sundays off). If for any reason there is a problem, we will notify you so that you can change or cancel your order if necessary. If you are very desperate and have a birthday / holiday deadline to meet or have special requirements, give us a call. Minx generally manages to to fix it for you.

Standard UK delivery is free and usually takes 2-4 working days

• £7.00 express delivery within Great Britain (orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri)
• £8.00 through Europe and the Channel Islands
• £15 to Canada, USA, Australia,New Zealand and South Africa.

Domestic Shipping

Minx uses Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for standard delivery, which does require a signature and generally takes 2-4 days. Express delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service and it is available on orders placed before 12 noon weekdays. If you are using the express service on a Friday please make sure the receiving address has a Saturday delivery. Please note that the Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays and express delivery orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on the Monday after.

If you think you have missed your postie but there's no collection card drop us a line and we'll send you the reference number. Not many people know this but if you can't get to the collection point you can go online to royalmail.com and input the tracking number and rearrange delivery on a day to suit you. It's fabulous... Please do be aware however that the Royal Mail only holds parcels for one week before returning them to minx-girl.com and we cannot be held liable for failure to collect. If you think this has happened please let us know and we will be happy to resend your order once it has been returned to us.

 If we have to split the dispatch of your order, minx-girl.com will only make one delivery charge.

International Shipping

minx-girl.com uses the International Signed for service for all international orders. Your parcel will be delivered by standard mail in your country but will need to be signed for. It usually takes around three working days to mainland Europe and 5-10 working days everywhere else. Please remember that you are liable for any duties and taxes payable in your country.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Minx sets high standards for her range of products stocked, and expects you to enjoy lots of happy cycling time with your purchase. If however it's not quite what you expected, Minx is happy to accept unworn goods back within 14 days for either exchange or refund of the purchase price of the goods. Please complete the details on the form you will receive with your order (which also has a pre printed address label), marking if either a different size, or refund is required and enclose it with your parcel. If opened carefully the original bag packaging can be reused and we'd like to encourage you to do this.

Except for faulty goods, Minx does not refund return postage costs but if you do need an alternative size you will not be charged for the re delivery of the exchanged item.

Minx doesn't have to remind you to keep your pants on when trying shorts or underwear does she? Please ensure all garments are returned in a new and unused condition with the original tags in place. It helps us HUGELY if you fold 'em nicely too, so pretty please...

minx-girl.com cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use Recorded or Special Delivery as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.

Your credit/ debit card will be refunded within 30 days. If you have paid by cheque, your refund will be made via cheque.

OH NO! SOMETHING HAS GONE HORRIBLY WRONG!

If you feel your goods are faulty please contact us either by telephone or email immediately and we will resolve the problem. We will refund any return costs of faulty goods and if you decide not to replace the item, the original delivery cost.

Mistakes do get made when picking orders sometimes, but let us know right away and we'll send the correct item together with a pre paid returns bag for the wrong one, which you can pop into a post box at your convenience.

Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless exempt.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst huge effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. (If you spot a howler, please do let us know so we can put it right.)

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Payment

minx-girl.com does not either have access to, or keep you credit or debit card details. We process payment via the SagePay (formerly Protx) service, which uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe and that information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen.

Privacy

minx-girl.com collects and stores the information we need to process your order and contact you regarding that order. This will include name, address, delivery address, telephone number and email address. This information is shared with delivery and payment partners so we can get your order to you but no one else. minx-girl.com does NOT share its customer details with any other companies that may wish to flog you stuff.

We do send newsletters from time to time - no don't worry you won't wake up to find you inbox flooded on a daily basis, it's only to let you know when something particularly fab or long-awaited has come into stock, when a new issue of the Cycling Compendium for Girls has been published online or when the sale starts. If even this is too much then hit the unsubscribe link.

In addition to the Information that you supply to minx-girl.com, information and data may be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored within your web browser from our website. Our website cookies do NOT collect personal information about you nor do they allow us to access your computer in any way. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 .
