The first time you place an order and enter your details and account will automatically be created and a password emailed to you for future use. (Don't worry if you hate the password the tech-genie creates, you can change it the first time you sign in.)

To be reassure you, your account only holds your contact and order information, minx-girl.com does NOT either see or keep your credit or debit card details. Once the account is set up you can use it to track your order progress, add addresses, view previous orders and even start wish lists. Oh... and you won't need to type your address ever again.

You can shop by category - either select from the top bar or the list down the left. Once you've selected a category - 'Tops' for example you can either browse all the tops or choose just look at long sleeve, short sleeve etc. We have also grouped products into collections - urban for example being products that are particularly suited to commuting or days on and off the bike oround town, Plus Size is all styles that are available in larger (above XL) sizes. Like a particular brand? You can choose to look at just those. Can't be doing with all that and wanna get right into it? Type what you're looking for into the search box.

You can check what's in your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the bag icon at the top of the page. Once you're done shopping proceed to the checkout where you either sign in or enter your details as a new customer. Please fill in your billing address first - if you require delivery to an alternative address you can enter that at the next step. You can also attach a note to your order via the 'further information' box. Do bear in mind that as we dispatch via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery that your post man is not allowed to leave things behind the potting shed if you are out...

minx-girl.com uses SagePay (formerly Protx) to provide the secure link between our online shop and the bank to ensure that your card details are kept secure. If a card is declined for any reason only your card issuer can tell you why - that information is not shared with us. If that happens and you want to use another card, don't panic your order won't have disappeared, if you sign back into your account with your email address and password you can pick up your suspended shopping basket and just do the payment bit again.

minx-girl.com runs an 'in stock' service. That means that if a product is showing as available in a size then we have it in stock and it will usually be packed and shipped within 24 hours. (We do have Sundays off though). From time to time the warehouse pixies play games and a product will be showing as available but when we come to pick it, it has been spirited away. If this happens we'll contact you to let you know when we are able to supply by - or if this is not possible offer an alternative or a refund.

We send you a confirmation that your order has been successful and then another once it has been dispatched, and you can check its status at any time by signing into your account. Be aware that your account is specific to your email address so if that changes do update your account details otherwise another account will be created for you.
