Delivery Info
We usually dispatch goods within 24 hours, (with Sundays off). If for any reason there is a problem, we will notify you so that you can change or cancel your order if necessary. If you are very desperate and have a birthday / holiday deadline to meet or have special requirements, give us a call. Minx generally manages to to fix it for you.
minx-girl.com makes a flat rate delivery charge regardless of how many items you order.
- £4.60 standard delivery within Great Britain
- £6.85 express delivery within Great Britain (orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri)
- £7.15 through Europe and the Channel Islands
- £15 to Canada, USA, Australia,New Zealand and South Africa.
Domestic Shipping
Minx uses Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for standard delivery, which does require a signature and generally takes 2-4 days. Express delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service and it is available on orders placed before 12 noon weekdays. If you are using the express service on a Friday please make sure the receiving address has a Saturday delivery. Please note that the Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays and express delivery orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on the Monday after.
If you think you have missed your postie but there's no collection card drop us a line and we'll send you the reference number. Not many people know this but if you can't get to the collection point you can go online to royalmail.com and input the tracking number and rearrange delivery on a day to suit you. It's fabulous... Please do be aware however that the Royal Mail only holds parcels for one week before returning them to minx-girl.com and we cannot be held liable for failure to collect. If you think this has happened please let us know and we will be happy to resend your order once it has been returned to us.
If we have to split the dispatch of your order, minx-girl.com will only make one delivery charge.
International Shipping
minx-girl.com uses the International Signed for service for all international orders. Your parcel will be delivered by standard mail in your country but will need to be signed for. It usually takes around three working days to mainland Europe and 5-10 working days everywhere else. Please remember that you are liable for any duties and taxes payable in your country.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Minx sets high standards for her range of products stocked, and expects you to enjoy lots of happy cycling time with your purchase. If however it's not quite what you expected, Minx is happy to accept unworn goods back within 14 days for either exchange or refund of the purchase price of the goods. Please complete the details on the form you will receive with your order (which also has a pre printed address label), marking if either a different size, or refund is required and enclose it with your parcel. If opened carefully the original bag packaging can be reused and we'd like to encourage you to do this.
Except for faulty goods, Minx does not refund delivery or return postage costs but if you do need an alternative size you will not be charged for the re delivery of the exchanged item.
Minx doesn't have to remind you to keep your pants on when trying shorts or underwear does she? Please ensure all garments are returned in a new and unused condition with the original tags in place. It helps us HUGELY if you fold 'em nicely too, so pretty please...
minx-girl.com cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use Recorded or Special Delivery as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.
Your credit/ debit card will be refunded within 30 days. If you have paid by cheque, your refund will be made via cheque.
OH NO! SOMETHING HAS GONE HORRIBLY WRONG!
If you feel your goods are faulty please contact us either by telephone or email immediately and we will resolve the problem. We will refund any return costs of faulty goods and if you decide not to replace the item, the original delivery cost.
Mistakes do get made when picking orders sometimes, but let us know right away and we'll send the correct item together with a pre paid returns bag for the wrong one, which you can pop into a post box at your convenience.
